Sicura 400m Diver watch from 1970's with a blue rotating bezel.  The bezel is in great condition and rotates smoothly.   The silver dial is perfect and has a rallye style design on the outside of the dial.  The original Sicura bracelet is in great condition also (for its age) and the design is still a head turner today.  Depsite its 400m performance it wears well as an everyday watch and fits will all occasions.

The Blue Bezel stands out really nicely without being too flashy.  The watch compares well to modern day Diver Watches and is certainly very rare.
