It's The Oris Artelier Jump Hour.  Made from stainless steel with an automatic movement inside the 40.5mm case.  

The dial is lovely and simple, yet striking in its appearance.  Silver batons onthe dial, a 'small seconds' sub dial at 6 O'clock and a 'jumping' hour indicater at 12 O'clock complete with an exhibition caseback revealing the iconic red rotor.

This watch comes with its original box and Oris leather strap with  deployment clasp.
