Every order is sent fully insured and requires a signature on delivery. We pack watches and jewellery in secure, discreet packaging, and we do not show the contents on the outside of the parcel.
United Kingdom. £25 flat, sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured, delivered within 1–10 working days. On orders over £5,000 an additional 2.5% of the invoice value applies.
International. We ship worldwide by FedEx: £75 flat plus 2.5% of the invoice value, fully insured, typically delivered within 10–14 working days. Any import duty or tax charged by the destination country is the buyer’s responsibility.
We dispatch once payment has cleared and the piece has passed our final check. If a watch needs a service or a strap before it goes out, we will tell you and agree a date.
If you need delivery for a particular date, tell us before you order and we will confirm whether we can meet it.
