What we are, and what we are not
We are an independent retailer and auctioneer of pre-owned luxury watches, designer bags and fine jewellery. We hold title to the goods we offer for sale on this site.
We are not an authorised dealer for Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe or any other brand, and we are not affiliated with them. We do not sell watches with a manufacturer’s warranty unless the piece still carries one and the listing says so. Anyone claiming to be an authorised dealer for those brands online should be treated with caution, and you can check a brand’s authorised dealer list on the brand’s own website.
Paying us safely
Our bank details appear on your invoice and nowhere else. We will never email or message you to say our bank details have changed. If you receive any such message, it did not come from us. Stop, do not pay, and call us on +44 (0)7717 710 062 to confirm.
Before you transfer funds, use your bank’s Confirmation of Payee check: the account name should return as CHRONO6538 LTD. If the name does not match, do not send the payment.
Card payments carry additional protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act for credit card purchases between £100 and £30,000. Bank transfers do not carry the same protection, which is why we are happy for you to verify us thoroughly first. If you would prefer to pay by card, ask us.
What you get with every purchase
Every piece is authenticated in house before it is listed and is dispatched with a Chrono6538 certificate of authenticity recording brand, model, reference, serial and condition grade.
